Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Standard delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

UK Orders: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days.

International Orders: Estimated delivery time is 7-12 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions or courier delays. Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Custom or personalized items (such as engraved or special-order products).

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

Personal care products (such as beauty or hygiene items).

Hazardous materials (such as flammable liquids or gases).
Please contact us if you have any questions about whether your item is eligible for return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return your original purchase, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with our standard policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.
